During your training, you will gain exciting insights into the IT landscape of an innovative FinTech company. You will learn how to plan, set up, and operate IT systems, as well as support colleagues with technical questions. While working with modern technologies, you will actively contribute to the further development of our IT infrastructure.

Tangany, located in Munich, is a cutting-edge technology company with a leading B2B solution for storing digital assets (e.g., cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, NFTs) in blockchain networks. Our solution has already been used by more than 50 institutional customers. As a licensed financial institution, Tangany GmbH is regulated by the BaFin.

Tasks

• Support with setting up, administering, and maintaining IT systems and networks
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Analyze and resolve technical issues and support requests
• Support colleagues with IT-related questions
• Participate in planning and implementing IT projects
• Monitor, secure, and document systems, processes, and IT infrastructure
• Familiarize yourself with modern cloud, security, and network technologies
• Participate in optimizing and further developing internal IT processes
• Support with managing user accounts, access rights, and devices

Qualification

• A good school leaving certificate
• Interest in IT systems, networks, and technical connections
• First experience with hardware and software as well as basic IT topics are advantageous
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good English language skills
• Analytical thinking and a structured work approach
• Pleasure in solving technical problems and learning new technologies
• Teamwork, reliability, and initiative
• Motivation to learn new things and take responsibility
