Tasks

What you can expect in the training

You'll learn step by step how professional IT infrastructures are built and operated. You'll work practically from the start and take on real tasks.

• You plan and install hardware and software in corporate networks.
• You set up servers, clients, and networks and configure them.
• You analyze disturbances and find systematic solutions.
• You support users with technical questions and problems.
• You monitor systems and ensure a secure IT operation.
• You document systems and working processes clearly and structured.
• You work on exciting IT projects in the team.

Qualification

You don't have to be a pro. What matters is your interest in IT and your motivation to learn.

• You have at least a middle school diploma with good grades.
• You're enthusiastic about IT, technology, and digital systems.
• You think logically and solve problems structured.
• You work carefully and reliably.
• You're motivated to learn new things and stay up-to-date.
• You enjoy working in a team and get along well with others.
