Training as a Specialist in System Integration (m/w/d)

Start your career in IT security at a leading specialist for critical infrastructures! At Medialine Security in the Stuttgart area, you will be trained to become an expert in cyber security and actively contribute to making the digital world safer.

Aufgaben

Your training contents (according to FIAusbV 2020)

• Planning, configuration, and administration of IT systems and networks   
• Setting up and operating Linux- and Windows-server environments   
• Implementation of security solutions: firewalls, VPN, intrusion detection   
• Harden and secure critical infrastructures (KRITIS)   
• Project management: from customer requirements to solution   
• From the 2nd training year: specialization in enterprise security solutions and participation in real customer projects

Qualifikation

• Middle school diploma, college entrance qualification or Abitur
• Genuine enthusiasm for IT security and network technology: you are always the go-to person for IT problems of all kinds in your family and social circle   
• Analytical thinking: you solve complex tasks
• Structured working method: you process and learn different focal points simultaneously
• Eigeninitiative: you look beyond the horizon and enjoy independent learning
• Teamwork: you are part of the NextGen team, which often works together
• Communication skills 
• Solid German and English language skills   
• First experiences with Linux or network technology are advantageous but not a must

Rahmenbedingungen

Vocational school: IT school in Stuttgart (block instruction) 

• Working hours: 40-hour week (Mon-Fri)   
• In the first two training years, the training takes place entirely on site, and from the third year, flexible remote work is possible
