Little runs without functioning IT at our company: workstations, networks, servers, applications, and numerous interconnected systems form the technical foundation of our company. This is exactly where you will learn during your training how modern IT infrastructures are built, operated, and further developed.

Your Training

• You will learn our IT infrastructure and the various systems in the company from scratch
• You will set up workstations, hardware, and software and support their ongoing maintenance
• You will learn how networks, servers, and different IT systems interact
• You will support the setup, maintenance, and further development of our technical infrastructure
• You will analyze disruptions and errors and learn to systematically find and resolve problems
• You will support colleagues with technical questions and help ensure that they can work reliably
• You will learn to document IT systems and keep track of changes accurately
• You will gain insight into different company systems and interfaces
• You will learn about modern AI and automation tools and how to use them meaningfully and responsibly in daily IT work
• You will participate in real projects and, with increasing experience, take on your own tasks
• You will work closely with our experienced IT colleagues and learn directly from practice

What You Bring

• At least a Mittlere Reife (intermediate school leaving certificate), Fachhochschulreife (university of applied sciences entrance qualification) or (Fach-)Abitur (university entrance qualification); for a retraining, a completed vocational training
• You are interested in IT, technology, computers, and networks
• You think logically and enjoy solving technical problems
• You enjoy working in a team and contribute actively
• You are independent, reliable, and eager to learn
• You work in a structured and careful manner
• Even if something doesn't work right away, you persevere and look for a solution
• You are curious about AI, automation, and new IT tools and are eager to learn new technologies
• You are helpful and can explain technical topics clearly
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• English skills that allow you to understand technical documentation
• Retrainees are explicitly welcome
