Tasks

• Gaining knowledge in the field of complex hardware and software systems
• Analyzing customer problems, creating structured error analyses
• Planning and implementing customized IT solutions
• Integrating hardware and software components into complex systems, such as data centers
• Taking over service support tasks in the context of first customer projects with support from colleagues

Qualification

• A good (Fach-) Abitur Abschluss
• Ideal, first experiences through internships in the desired training field
• A high degree of curiosity, enjoyment of technology and above-average learning ability
• A good command of expression and enjoyment of customer contact
• Secure German and good English skills, as well as a driver's license for a company car are essential for on-site customer support.
