The training at a glance:

• Duration: 3 years

• Ausbildungsorte:

• Theory: 2 days per week at the Berufskolleg Technik in Siegen

• Praxis: The rest of the training takes place directly in our law firm

Tasks

• Support in IT support for technical problems of employees
• Analyze and eliminate disturbances in the hardware and software sector
• Support in the administration, installation, and maintenance of IT systems, clients, servers, and networks
• Support in managing Microsoft 365, email systems, and collaboration solutions
• Support in IT projects, e.g. rollouts, system changes or hardware swaps
• Documented IT systems, changes, and support cases
• Familiarization with measures for data backup, IT security, and data protection
• Communication with internal users as well as external service providers

Qualification

• Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or good Realschulabschluss
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as basic English knowledge
• Interest in digital technologies, IT systems, and technical connections
• Tech-savviness and pleasure in analyzing problems and finding solutions
• Responsibility when handling data and IT systems
• Teamwork ability, communication skills, and friendly demeanor
• First practical experiences in the IT sector, e.g. through an internship, are advantageous
