During your apprenticeship, you will learn to set up, maintain, and further develop our IT systems. You will gain insights into technology and its application in everyday work.

What awaits you:

• Setting up computers and workstations: You will install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications.

• Understanding networks: You will learn how devices communicate with each other and how to build and maintain networks.

• Getting to know servers and IT services: You will assist with administration and learn how central systems work together.

• Solving problems: You will get to the bottom of malfunctions and help our colleagues with IT questions.

• Considering security: You will deal with access rights, updates, data backups, and the protection of our systems.

• Documenting knowledge: You will document solutions and participate in small IT projects.

• You have a good school-leaving certificate (middle school diploma, (technical) high school diploma, or equivalent).

• You are interested in computers, networks, and technical contexts.

• You enjoy learning new things and trying things out for yourself.

• You stick with problems and ask for support when you need it.

• You work meticulously and are reliable.

• You enjoy teamwork and like explaining what you've discovered to others.
