In your apprenticeship at sambus, you can expect varied tasks, real teamwork, and lots of practical experience. As an IT system house, we support companies in various IT areas and ensure that systems, networks, and data function reliably and securely.

With us, you will not only learn the theory from vocational school at ITECH BS14 in Wilhelmburg, but you can also apply your knowledge directly in practice. Our team will be at your side at all times. We work closely together, give you regular and honest feedback, and support you in becoming more independent step by step.

Your apprenticeship at sambus would begin on 01.02.2027. We look forward to getting to know you and starting your professional future together with you!

Tasks

You will support us with, among other things:

• setting up, maintaining, and administering IT systems
• installing and configuring hardware and software
• analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions
• supporting our customers with questions and problems
• ensuring IT security (firewall, backups, cybersecurity measures)
• setting up and managing Microsoft 365 environments
• documenting solutions and technical processes

Qualifications

• Successful school graduation with good grades in mathematics, German, and possibly computer science
• Interest in IT, technology, and digital solutions
• Enjoyment of logical thinking and problem-solving
• Motivation to learn new things and implement them in practice
• Team spirit, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good German language skills
