Training as a Specialist in Data and Process Analysis (m/w/d)

You will work in an engaged team during your training (from August 2026) and learn about the various functional areas of a system house. Later, you will actively participate in sub-projects and shape our common success. During your three-year training, we will equip you to analyze customer needs independently and develop information and telecommunications solutions in the future.

Tasks

• Data and Process Analysis: Identification of optimization potential in IT-supported processes
• Automated & Efficiency Improvement: Support for developing automated solutions for recurring tasks
• Data Management: Analysis and processing of data to improve service quality and customer care
• Reporting & Documentation: Creation of reports and dashboards to monitor Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
• Support of IT Operations: Participation in analyzing ticket and incident data for proactive problem prevention
• Collaboration with internal teams & customers: Communication with various stakeholders to understand requirements and develop data-based solutions

Qualification

• You have successfully completed your secondary education or an equivalent or higher qualification
• You are interested in data analysis, IT processes, and their optimization
• First experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL) or databases is advantageous
• You enjoy analytical work and structuring data
• You are confident in handling Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and have an affinity for digital tools
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking are required
• English language skills in writing and speaking are desirable
