• You'll learn to understand requirements, plan technical solutions, and implement them step by step.

• You'll test applications, recognize errors, and develop suitable solutions.

• You'll deal with databases, interfaces, and data processing.

• You'll document your work and explain technical connections clearly.

• You'll work with various departments together and learn to transfer their requirements into digital processes.

• You'll take over with increasing experience own tasks and small projects.

This is what you can expect from us:

• A varied training program with direct reference to practice

• A personal contact person during your entire training period

• A structured introduction to our systems and workflows

• Your own tasks and projects, which you can grow professionally and personally

• You work carefully and don't give up easily when a solution takes a little longer.

• You can work independently and bring yourself into a team.

• You're reliable and take responsibility for your tasks.

First experiences with programming are welcome, but not a requirement. What's more important is your interest, motivation, and willingness to learn!

At our company, you won't just develop software. You'll learn to understand real challenges from everyday business and develop suitable digital solutions.

Our daily workflows combine logistics, communication, data, and international processes. This gives you the opportunity to develop applications that are actually used and create a tangible added value.
