Apprenticeship process:

• The apprenticeship duration is 3 years (shortening possible).

• Vocational school classes take place in block form at the private bib International College in Paderborn.

• During the practical phases in the company, you will dive deep into the world of software development. You will be directly involved in exciting projects concerning the further development of our in-house ERP system and will support us in the digitalization and improvement of processes from various areas of the company.

• In addition, you will gain insights into our other IT areas and also learn the perspective of users in the specialist department.

• To make your entry into the working day easier, you will be assigned an apprentice mentor.

• You will receive a lot of responsibility through project work, contributions to the apprentice blog, or in the Instagram team.

• We promote your personal and professional development through seminars, team trainings, and apprentice trips.

• You will receive English language training with a recognized certificate.
