Ausbildungsverlauf:

• The apprenticeship duration is 3 years (possible reduction).

• The vocational training takes place in block form at the private bib International College in Paderborn.

• During the practical phases in the company, you will dive deep into the world of software development. You will be directly involved in exciting projects around the further development of our own ERP system and support us in digitalization and process improvement from various corporate departments.

• You will also gain insights into our other IT areas and learn about the perspective of users in the department.

• To make your entry into working life easier, you will receive a mentor as an apprentice.

• You will be given much responsibility through project work, participation in the apprentice blog or Instagram team.

• We promote your personal and professional development through seminars, team trainings, and apprentice excursions.

• You will receive a language training in English with an accredited certificate of completion.
