Training as an Electronics Technician/Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems (m/w/d) starting 2026

Then you're exactly right at MCF Technologie GmbH. We develop and build custom measurement and testing equipment for industrial applications. Our systems combine electronics, measurement technology, control technology, mechanics, and software to provide individual solutions for our customers.

We are looking for a motivated young professional for our electronic manufacturing in Ettlingen for the training year 2026. At MCF, you won't just learn the basics of electronics, but will work step by step on real technical projects.

Tasks

During your training, you will learn:

• to manufacture and assemble electronic components, modules, and devices
• to build devices and systems for measurement and testing technology
• to wire circuits, cables, connectors, and electronic modules correctly
• to read and apply technical documents, circuit diagrams, and drawings
• to test, measure, and put devices and systems into operation
• to analyze, isolate, and correct errors
• to work with measurement instruments, tools, and modern testing technology
• to maintain, document, and further develop electronic systems
• to collaborate with our team on customer-specific solutions

At MCF, you will receive a practical training with direct reference to real customer projects and modern industrial technology.

Qualification

You should bring:

• a middle-level education, the Reife or Abitur
• interest in electronics, technology, devices, and systems
• handicraft skills and technical understanding
• joy in precise and meticulous work
• good grades in mathematics and physics
• motivation to learn new things and take responsibility
• reliability, teamwork, and a structured working style
• experience with PCs, operating systems, and common programs like Word and Excel
• very good German language skills on at least C1 level
• a driver's license class B is desirable

If you have started studying and realized that you prefer to work practically: dropouts are explicitly welcome at MCF.
