We are looking for a trainee brewer and maltster to join our team at the Jever location from 01.08.2026. As a trainee brewer and maltster, you will be responsible for brewing beer according to traditional recipes, as well as for malting and processing grains. You will also assist in the production of soft drinks and other beverages. Your tasks will include: • Brewing beer according to traditional recipes; • Malting and processing grains; • Assisting in the production of soft drinks and other beverages; • Maintaining a clean and organized brewery environment; • Participating in quality control measures; • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
