About the role: 

• Greet our passengers friendly and competently during the train ride
• Control Fare tickets and support at ticket sales on board
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety throughout the train
• Be a central point of contact for passenger inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate active operations on board and support passenger information
• Shape a positive travel experience for our guests
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes

About you: 

• Ideal candidate has already gained experience in customer service, train escorting, or similar fields
• Good German language skills and initial English language skills are an advantage
• You are a service-oriented and communication-strong person who always presents yourself well
• You maintain calmness and overview even in stressful moments
• Flexibility: We have individual schedules, e.g., nights or weekends - You will receive your schedule at least 3 weeks in advance
• Accommodation readiness: Occasionally, you will stay overnight after your shift - Flix takes care of transportation, meals & lodging
• Travel readiness: You will have the opportunity to travel freely throughout Germany for professional and private purposesfree of charge
