From August 2026, we will train a media designer who or which is eager to work between paper and prompt.

Who we are

White by Design is a branding agency in the Hamburg Speicherstadt.

We develop brands for international clients like Montblanc, Wempe, Hyatt, or Escada.

At the same time, we build with our sister agency wbd1 KI-based design processes.

This means: We combine classic branding craftsmanship with Midjourney, prompting, KI workflows, and new image systems.

No hype. But real projects.

Tasks

What you will learn here

You will learn design from scratch:

_ Corporate Design develop

_ Layout, text, and typography understand

_ Print products and packaging implement

_ Visual systems think cleanly

And additionally:

_ work with KI tools like Midjourney and image variants

_ expand creative processes digitally

_ use AI not as a toy, but as a tool

_ mediate between idea, technology, and aesthetics

You will work from the start with.

Not as a permanent intern, but as part of the team.

Qualification

What you should bring

You are at least 18 years old.

You want to get better and really learn.

You have:

_ a good eye for design

_ first experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

_ interest in digital tools and AI

_ enthusiasm for studio work on site

_ team spirit and self-initiative

Bonus, if you have started your own projects, regardless of print, social layout, KI experiments, or video.
