Tasks

We integrate apprentices directly into ongoing projects at our agency.
Therefore, traditional apprentice tasks like making coffee unfortunately don't apply, as we have a machine for that, sorry.

Also, dry and redundant learning tasks are unnecessary, as we believe that you can learn much faster and better through direct work on projects.

Qualification

The areas of graphic design and web programming make up the largest part of the training. Therefore, it would be desirable if you have already gained some experience with HTML/Javascript and/or a graphics software.

Skills are important, yes. But even more important to us is a sympathetic and motivated person who brings team spirit and willingness to learn. These characteristics are decisive for becoming part of the team and being able to quickly adopt new software.
