And exactly that you'll learn from us.

Aufgaben

• You'll learn all the steps of image and sound production - from a creative hook to the final cut - and at the end of the training, you'll be able to produce professional videos independently.
• You'll develop strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and will quickly get your own orders that you'll implement under guidance independently.
• The camera is waiting for you: We shoot with full-frame cameras like the Sony FX3 - and you'll learn how to handle them safely and independently.
• You'll work regularly as part of our production team on video shoots throughout Germany - no day is like the other.
• You'll get insights into camera, sound, editing, and social media - and at the end, you'll understand how high-reach video productions really come about.

Qualifikation

• A school leaving certificate – regardless of whether it's a vocational qualification, intermediate school leaving certificate, advanced technical college diploma or Abitur.
• Genuine curiosity about how professional videos are created – maybe you even have some prior experience?
• Social Media? Your natural living space.
• Openness towards people and willingness to talk to them sometimes.
• Flexibility and willingness for the (sometimes) wild agency day.
• In the ideal case, a driving license of class B.

But don't worry: What's most important to us is that you fit into the team. The rest we'll teach you.
