• In your apprenticeship as a Retail Clerk (m/f/d) or Salesperson (m/f/d), you will learn what is important in sales and customer consulting.
• You will first receive an overview of the entire BAUHAUS DIY store. Afterwards, you will specialize, for example, in the garden center, paints, sanitary ware, or other specialist departments.
• The first two years of apprenticeship include training as a Salesperson (m/f/d). Here you will learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them optimally.
• In the third year of apprenticeship, which qualifies you as a Retail Clerk (m/f/d), we will show you everything about inventory management and marketing measures.
• In this way, you will support our customers every day in fulfilling their wishes for workshops, home, and garden.
