We're looking for you from September 2026 for the training as an Office Clerk for Business Administration (m/w/d) with a focus on Human Resources.
Tasks
- The planning and implementation of personnel recruitment (personnel marketing, applicant management, and personnel selection)
- Support in all aspects of human resources
- The organization of personnel deployment including preparation for deployment
- The creation of employment contracts, certificates, and transcripts
- Personnel processing
- Labor, social, and tariff regulations
- Salary and wage accounting including communication with authorities and health insurance companies
- General office work
Qualification
- Secondary school leaving certificate or higher
- Pleasure in dealing with people and communicative appearance
- English skills
- Reliability, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
- Friendliness, openness, and willingness to help
