Tasks

During your training, you will gain comprehensive insights into the processes of digital commerce and, under the guidance of experienced specialists, will be gradually integrated into the following areas:

• Support in the planning and implementation of online marketing measures
• Maintenance and optimization of our online shop as well as participation in the creation and revision of product descriptions
• Collaboration in the evaluation of sales figures and key figures as well as support in deriving optimization options
• Processing customer inquiries via various communication channels
• Insights into range management and product presentation on online marketplaces
• Cooperation with the logistics and purchasing departments to support a smooth ordering process

You will learn how digital sales channels are managed, products are presented online and processes in e-commerce are coordinated.

Qualification

• You have at least a secondary school leaving certificate or are about to get one
• You are interested in online shops, social media, digital trends or business
• You enjoy working on the PC and are confident in using digital media
• You work carefully and in a structured manner
• You are curious, willing to learn and show initiative

Prior knowledge in e-commerce is not a must – the important thing is that you are interested in the digital world and are motivated to learn new things.
