Training for IT System Manager (m/w/d)

Then this training is your way. As an IT System Manager, you'll learn to calculate, offer, and market IT services and solutions, take care of customers, and manage IT systems in a commercial manner – the bridge between technology and business.

We're an owner-managed IT service provider in Dortmund and support around 100 companies from various industries. At our company, you'll get to know real business – from licensing to customer conversations.

Tasks

You'll learn this with us

• How to calculate, offer, and market IT services and solutions
• How software licenses work (e.g., Microsoft 365) and how you can put them together meaningfully for customers
• How to create offers, process orders, and take care of customers
• How to manage IT systems and contracts in a commercial manner
• How professional IT services are organized in the mid-market (processes, tools, ITIL v4)

Qualification

You bring this with you

• A minimum of a good intermediate school leaving certificate or (subject) Abitur
• Interest in IT and at the same time in commercial topics and customer contact
• Pleasure in communication and a friendly, organized appearance
• Carefulness when dealing with numbers and documents
• Good German skills
