What awaits you

We are offering an apprenticeship position as a merchant/marketing communication (all genders) starting on September 1, 2026, in cooperation with the IHK Freiburg (Southern Upper Rhine) in a great working atmosphere in the heart of Freiburg. The vocational school will take place daily in Karlsruhe, and we will cover the costs for you. During your apprenticeship, you can expect diverse fields of tasks:

• a dynamic team with flat hierarchies and personal and professional guidance
• a varied and comprehensive training program
• support in planning, implementing, and controlling marketing measures
• conducting market and competition analyses
• caring for social media channels and other online platforms
• the opportunity to take over after successfully completing your apprenticeship

What should you bring

• a secondary school leaving certificate or vocational training/abiture, then you can shorten the apprenticeship by two years
• very good German language skills in writing and speaking, good English language skills
• interest in marketing and communication as well as economic connections
• creativity and a good sense of aesthetics
• reliability and self-reliance
• teamwork and excellent communication skills
