Apprenticeship Insurance and Financial Investment Clerk (m/f/d)

Location: Hanover · Start: 01.09.2027 · Duration: 2.5 years

• You will complete your apprenticeship in a block model with practical phases at the R+V location in Hanover and theoretical phases at the Hannah Arendt Vocational Schools in Hanover.
• In the practical phases, you will gain diverse insights into various specialist departments of the insurance company through our pool training in the first year. From the second year onwards, you will start in a fixed specialist area, receive individual support, and take on responsibility.
• You will learn everything important about insurance – from customer service to processing claims and benefit applications.
• You will learn how to assess individual risks and create tailor-made insurance solutions.
• During a shadowing period in field service, you will gain additional practical experience in direct customer contact and get an insight into the diverse tasks of our sales department.
• Together with the other trainees, you will participate in seminars and workshops where you will further develop your professional and personal skills.

• (Technical) University entrance qualification or good secondary school leaving certificate

• Good understanding of text and numbers, as well as correct spelling

• Start:
  You will start with an introductory event for junior staff – this way, you won't be a newcomer, but an immediate part of the R+V trainee network.
• Attractive Apprenticeship Remuneration:
  At R+V, you will receive attractive remuneration from the start, which increases with each year of apprenticeship: €1,455 per month in the first, €1,532 in the second, and €1,620 in the third year of apprenticeship. In addition, you will receive holiday and Christmas bonuses.
