WE DO is an owner-managed communications agency with
30 people at two central locations – Berlin (headquarters) and Hamburg. We work for social issues.

As of August 1, 2026, we are looking for a trainee who not only goes along, but also thinks along.

We would be pleased if you take the opportunity to get to know our team and our agency during a four- to eight-week internship before the start of your training.

Tasks

• You develop concepts and implement marketing and communication measures – from the first idea to the finished campaign.
• You take on your own sub-projects because we believe that responsibility is the best curriculum.
• You actively integrate digital tools and AI applications into your work and help us communicate smarter.
• You plan customer events and experience up close how communication works live.
• You create and control production, schedule and cost plans – structured and with an overview.
• You work as an interface between consulting, creation, controlling and administration.

Qualification

• Abitur or a very good secondary school leaving certificate – Your foundation.
• Digital curiosity: You try out new tools before others have heard of them – and AI is not a buzzword for you, but a tool.
• Ideas that you don't keep to yourself – communication starts with you, not on the slide.
• Organizational talent and a structured, careful way of working – You keep the overview, even when things get complex.
• Empathy and genuine pleasure in dealing with people – both internally and externally.
• Very good German skills and solid English – Written and spoken.
• Confident handling of MS Office – and the willingness to continuously expand your digital skillset.
• Attitude: You are interested in social issues and would like to shape communication with meaning.
