Apprenticeship Salesperson for Wholesale and External Trade Management (d/w/m) - Craft Industry

This is Your New Task

As an apprentice in wholesale and external trade management, you will learn how to advise customers competently, organize goods smartly, and contribute to a smooth process every day – with a lot of practice and responsibility. In the craft industry, you will establish personal customer relationships and ensure satisfied craft customers with quick, practical solutions. You will work closely with sales and logistics teams, create simple offers, and learn how to recommend products fittingly.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Customer Service: Become the point of contact for our customers, advise them personally and by phone about our product range
• Offers & Contract Processing: Acquire customers, create offers, and process contracts while monitoring accounts receivable and payable
• Purchasing & Procurement: Work on procurement of goods, compare suppliers, order as needed, and keep track of costs and delivery dates
• Warehouse & Logistics: Gain practical insights into warehouse management, incoming/outgoing goods, and logistical processing of deliveries
• Project Work & Self-Responsibility: Work on cross-sectional projects in the team and take over self-responsible tasks

You will also have the opportunity to experience all other areas such as industrial sales, accounting, purchasing, logistics, and customer service. You will receive an individual deployment plan tailored to you.
