Job description
Your Tasks:
- You will support the planning and implementation of IT projects
- You will participate in the administration of our IT infrastructure and IT resources
- You will take on tasks in customer service and advise on IT solutions
- You will contribute to the development of IT strategies and concepts
- You will support the documentation of processes and workflows in IT management
What You Should Bring:
- Good communication skills within the team and with customers, as well as a well-groomed and friendly demeanor
- Reliability, teamwork, and initiative
- Enjoyment of learning new things
- Interest in IT, business contexts, and a certain technical understanding
- Completed schooling (at least Fachhochschulreife - university of applied sciences entrance qualification)
- Ideally, initial experience in the IT field through internships or similar
- At least C1 German language skills
