• You bring at least a medium-level education and the required practical preparation with:
• with Matura: one year FSJ,
• with Fachhochschulreife or Abitur: six weeks of practice experience,
• or vocational training in social or health services (e.g. care assistant, nurse assistant, etc.)
• You have already secured your school place for the practical training at a vocational school
• You enjoy working with people with disabilities
• You are willing to take responsibility

• You lead to independent and self-responsible work
