• During your training, you will gradually develop into an expert in social insurance and learn to reliably advise people on health topics and provide security in all life situations.
• You will become familiar with the processes in a statutory health insurance company – gaining comprehensive insights into our innovative health and service benefits.
• You will acquire in-depth knowledge of health, prevention, membership, and contributions in order to competently assist insured persons in cases of illness or care.
• Processing applications will soon become part of your daily routine – naturally with our support and guidance.
• As soon as you are ready, you will take on responsibility: you will engage with customers, listen actively, and find suitable solutions for individual concerns.
• Theory and practice go hand in hand with us – supplemented by teamwork and a lot of enjoyment in learning together.

• At our company, personality counts, not just educational background: With a secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlerer Schulabschluss), a university entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur), a few semesters of university study, or an already completed apprenticeship – you are welcome!
