Tasks

The Food Technology Specialist is the all-rounder in the food industry, as they have a holistic view of the complexity of the operation. They oversee all processes from the receipt of raw materials to the finished product. They accept goods and assemble raw materials for recipes. They set up machines and systems, start production, and monitor all processes, including storage and packaging. They intervene in case of deviations or malfunctions, check the quality of products, and maintain/service the machines and systems.
