As part of the teccle group, teccle motion is looking for dedicated apprentices for IT Specialist: System Integration (all genders) starting from 01.08.2027.

What you will learn with us

With us, you will work hands-on, become part of a team, and grow with your tasks. This awaits you during your apprenticeship:

• Hands-on work with modern IT systems – from client to server architectures

• Plan, set up, and maintain IT systems and networks – to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Apply and deepen network technologies and utilize hosting and cloud solutions

• Set up, test, and maintain hardware and software – including high-tech to touch

• Keep an eye on IT security and secure systems so that hackers have no chance

• Find errors, solve problems, and optimize systems – with intelligence and team spirit

• Create documentation and support users so that technology remains understandable for everyone

• Exciting insights into important company areas such as sales and accounting

• Deepen and expand IT expertise with the support of experienced IT experts as well as through regular workshops and training

What you will shine with us

• You have at least a good school leaving certificate with good grades in English and German

• You bring good team spirit and decisiveness

• You have a meticulous and independent way of working

• You have good communication skills and customer and service orientation

• You have commercial thinking and negotiation skills (e.g., when calculating costs for own and third-party services, in contract negotiations)

• You communicate confidently in German – within the team, with customers, and in everyday life

• You live in Ratingen and the surrounding area and are authorized to work in Germany – this allows us to work together well and smoothly in everyday life
