Tasks

• Conceptualize software requirements
• Application of programming logics, methods, and languages
• Adapt and maintain customer-specific application solutions
• Design of menu-controlled and graphical user interfaces
• Install, set up, and maintain applications
• Erect databases and manage them, as well as perform database queries
• Creation of solution concepts
• Creation of programs and program documentation
• Setup and planning of test procedures

Qualification

• Secondary education with a focus on computer science or equivalent or desire to switch from studying into an apprenticeship
• Affinity for programming
• Analytical understanding
• Well-developed feeling for information technology connections
