Training: Application Developer (m/w/d)

We are a growth-oriented, technology-driven company with an office location in the heart of Münster. As an independent service provider, we enable our customers to register digital toll products easily in European countries. Since our founding in 2019, our team has grown to 16 employees – pragmatically, open-minded, and focused on functioning software.

We train Application Developers because we are convinced: Good developers emerge through practice, genuine teamwork, and an environment where questions are explicitly welcome.

Tasks

What you can expect in the training

• Collaboration on real software projects (no pure exercise tasks)
• Step-by-step introduction to web development with PHP (Laravel), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Fundamentals of modern software development: clean structures, maintainability, teamwork
• Working with GitHub, Pull Requests, and Code-Reviews
• Familiarization with modern development tools – including KI-gestützted tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot
• Tight guidance by experienced developers: they will accompany you professionally
• A glimpse into the complete software lifecycle: from feature ideas to production operation

Qualification

What you should bring with you

• Interest in IT, programming, and logical thinking
• First contact with code is super (e.g., school, hobby, tutorials), but not a must
• Motivation to learn new things and stay the course, even when it gets tough
• Reliability, curiosity, and enthusiasm for teamwork
• A high school diploma (details are less important than your attitude)

You don't have to be a pro and bring no prior knowledge.
