Tasks

You'll learn this with us

• How to analyze and detect weaknesses in business and working processes
• How to automate tasks and digitize workflows – for example, in our central system (PSA)
• How to prepare, evaluate, and make data usable
• How to practically implement IT security and data protection
• How professional IT service works in the mid-sized company (Microsoft 365, Intune, ITIL v4)

Qualification

What you bring with you

• A minimum of a good intermediate school leaving certificate or (subject) Abitur
• Interest in IT, processes, data, and tinkering with better solutions
• Logical thinking and a meticulous work style
• Pleasure in learning new things and taking responsibility
• Good German language skills
