Training System Integration Specialist (m/w/d)

We are a young IT company from Hamburg with our own infrastructure and data center operation. Our focus is on IT security, open source technologies, automation, and the stable operation of complex customer environments.

You won't just learn theory here, but will work directly on real customer projects. From Linux servers to networks, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and IT security, you'll gain insights into modern IT environments that are rarely found in many training institutions.

Tasks

• Planning, setting up, and maintaining modern IT systems and networks learn
• Support for Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
• Participation in server, firewall, VPN, backup, and virtualization projects
• Work with KI tools, automation, and modern support processes
• Analysis and solution of technical problems in customer support
• Support for IT security projects and documentation
• Familiarity with open source solutions, cloud infrastructure, and data center operation
• Gradual participation in real customer projects

Qualification

• Interest in IT, technology, networks, servers, and KI
• Logical thinking and pleasure in problem-solving
• Reliable, meticulous, and learning-oriented work style
• Enthusiasm for modern technologies instead of outdated standard processes
• Teamwork ability and interest in customer contact
• First experiences with Windows, Linux, hardware, homelab, KI tools, or networks are a plus
• School graduation required, motivation is more important than perfect grades
