Tasks

This is what we expect from you:

• Installation and Configuration: From hardware and software to Microsoft Server- and Client-systems (physical and virtual) – you're in charge!
• System Administration: Maintenance, troubleshooting, and analysis for the IT systems of our customers.
• IT Infrastructure: You'll take care of servers, storage, networks, and IT security.
• Networks & Systems: Setup, maintenance, and documentation according to customer orders.
• Project Work: Collaboration on exciting IT projects, development of IT concepts and security guidelines.
• Customer Support: Consulting, implementing your concepts, and supporting IT systems.

Qualification

This is what you should bring with you:

• Techical understanding and the motivation to get familiar with new topics.

• Pleasure in solving technical challenges.

• Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

• A self-reliant and team-oriented work style.

• A high level of engagement, initiative, and reliability.

• Qualifications:

• At least a middle-level school diploma (Realschule or equivalent).

• A driver's license class B.

• Fluent German language skills.
