What you will do with us You will gain hands-on experience in the world of IT and get insights into areas such as General Engineering, Service Desk, Delivery & Project Management, Data Center, Security, and Sales. You will work on workflows, processes, and technical solutions and learn how IT projects work from idea to implementation. You will actively participate in server and infrastructure projects and get to know our IT landscape, from our own data center to modern cloud solutions. You will support IT services for customers and learn how solutions are planned, implemented, and managed. You will gradually take on your own tasks and responsibilities, deepen your knowledge in a specific area, and ideally contribute your accumulated expertise to your final project. When you fit with us You have completed a technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur) or have a similar qualification. OR: Was your university degree too dry? No problem! If you prefer hands-on work, we offer you the perfect opportunity to dive into the professional world. The IT world is fast-paced – that's why you should be willing to continuously develop yourself and learn new things. You are communicative and want to convince our customers through efficient support. You are not afraid to find solutions independently. You have a talent and enjoyment for organizing and ideally have gained initial experience through internships. Team spirit, commitment, and a lot of enjoyment in your work round off your profile.
