Tasks

We are looking for reinforcement for our internal IT team! You bring enthusiasm for the subject area and go openly to colleagues – exchange falls easily, and you support gladly with questions and challenges. In your training as a merchant for IT system management or IT specialist for system integration
you will work in the IT support team and learn how IT systems are reliably operated, supported, and developed in everyday business.

The focus of the training is on:

• Maintenance and support of users and customers with IT questions and issues
• Participation in IT support (ticket system, analysis of problems, solution finding)
• Operation and management of IT systems, workstations, and IT services
• Documented IT solutions and processes
• Participation in IT projects and continuous service improvements
• Your training combines technical tasks (e.g. setting up systems,
  troubleshooting errors, IT operation) with communicative and organizational
  tasks.

Qualification

• Secure and friendly internal and external communication are self-evident for you
• You are very service-oriented, work gladly independently as well as with and in a harmonious team
• At least good intermediate level of education
• Passion for technical topics and support
• You learn gladly continuously, want to get involved and look for a long-term perspective after your training
• Fluent German and ideally good English skills
