We are looking for a young talent to join our IT team and are excited to get to know you.

In the transport and logistics industry, nothing runs without a functioning IT infrastructure. As one of the largest private postal service providers in Germany with around 1,300 employees, we need your support. With great passion for digital solutions and technical optimizations, we want to continuously improve our processes and remain future-proof and innovative.
During your 3-year training program, you will dive deep into the complex world of IT and work on projects that have a direct impact on our daily work.

Tasks

• Focus System Integration: Learn how to plan, set up, configure, and maintain IT systems
• Support our teams with technical questions in the daily use of various software and hardware
• You're the one who makes it happen - Set up workstations and equipment carefully and take care of our networks and servers
• Savvy analysis: Identify error sources, fix errors, and support process optimization for IT processes
• Become an expert in IT security, data protection, and cloud systems
• Modern IT projects are waiting for your ideas and support in implementing them

Qualification

• You're a team player who works well with other IT professionals
• You bring curiosity and genuine interest in the training content
• You have completed your Abitur or MSA (soon) successfully and bring good grades in mathematics and possibly computer science
• You can already report on small IT experiences from your daily life (school projects, hobbies, etc.)
• You have very good spoken and written German skills
