Training System Integration (m/w/d) 2026

At KNUTH, you're right in the middle: As an apprentice in the System Integration department, you'll work on real IT projects, accompany the digital transformation of an international family-owned company, and learn how modern IT infrastructures work in practice - from introducing new ERP and CRM systems to daily user support.

Tasks

Your 3-year apprenticeship combines theory and practice: You'll attend vocational school in Rendsburg for 1-2 days a week, or alternatively choose block lessons in Kiel. The rest of the week, you'll work with us at our modern office in Wasbek and go through all relevant stations in our IT department.

• Administration of networks, servers, databases, and operating systems
• Installation and configuration of interconnected IT systems
• Conceptualization and implementation of complex IT solutions
• Analysis and troubleshooting of IT issues
• Consultation and training for users
• Presentation of system solutions and creation of cost calculations
• Participation in projects - from planning to implementation

Qualification

• Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or middle school diploma
• Interest in modern IT and digital technologies
• Pleasure in teamwork and good communication skills
• German language skills at least B2 level - English or other foreign languages are a plus
