• During your 3½-year apprenticeship, you will delve deep into the world of automation and develop into a sought-after specialist for state-of-the-art automation technology
• You will learn how to professionally install and precisely configure complex, automated systems and plants
• You will develop into a real problem solver, take on the maintenance of our automated plants, and reliably track down faults through clever error diagnostics
• You will understand the interplay of technology and seamlessly integrate sensors, actuators, and other electrical components to precisely control even the most complex processes
• You will always keep a watchful eye on our plants, ensure smooth operation, and continuously work on optimizing processes and workflows

• A good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or the (technical) university entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur).
• Pronounced curiosity for complex technical contexts and great interest in working with high-tech devices, machines, and plants
• Good knowledge of physics and mathematics
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment in carrying out both rough and very fine assembly work
• An extremely careful and absolutely reliable way of working, because in automation technology, every detail and the highest safety are crucial
