We are looking for a Brewer and Maltster (m/w/d) to join our team at the Freiberg location as of 01.08.2026. Your tasks will include: • Brewing beer according to traditional recipes and modern brewing methods; • Malt production, including malting, germination, and drying; • Quality control of raw materials and finished products; • Participation in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives; • Collaboration with colleagues from various departments; • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
