For the Year 2026, we are looking for apprentices at the locations Papenburg, Leer, Osnabrück, and Essen to become Asphalt Builders (m/w/d).

What you can expect

Asphalt builders work on both new construction and renovation and maintenance projects. They lay roads and other traffic areas with different building materials, tools, and machines. Additionally, the training includes tasks such as:

• New and reconstruction of roads and paths made of asphalt and rolled asphalt
• Production of sealing, load-bearing, protective, and dam layers
• Preliminary work and securing construction sites
• Work with tools and machines

Ausbildungsdauer: Regular 3 years (can be shortened through crediting of professional and school-based pre-training periods)What we expect

• At least high school diploma
• Readiness to work outdoors
• Teamwork ability
