Aufgaben

During your apprenticeship, you'll develop yourself into an all-rounder in software development and digital solution design!

• Software Development & Programming – You'll learn how applications are planned, programmed, and tested. While working with modern programming languages, development environments, and tools, you'll create functional and user-friendly software solutions.
• Mitarbeit an Entwicklungsprojekten – You'll take on diverse tasks in real customer and internal projects. This includes implementing features, creating test cases, and working on technical concepts and documentation.
• IT-Projektmanagement – You'll work in agile or classical projects with, take on your own task packages, and bring your ideas for technical solutions into play. While learning to plan, prioritize, and structure your work.
• Teamwork in der Entwicklung – You'll work closely with colleagues from various IT departments together and gain insights into the entire development process – from concept phase to programming, testing, and deployment of software.

Qualifikation

• Schulabschluss: You have a middle school diploma or (Fach-)Abitur.
• Interesse an IT & Problemlösung: You enjoy solving technical challenges and getting to know new software and IT topics.
• Technikaffinität: You're enthusiastic about digital technologies, software, apps, and modern IT tools – ideally you already have some programming experience or are eager to gain it.
• Grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse: You're familiar with MS Office and have a good understanding of how computers, software, or digital processes work.
• Analytisches Denken & Eigeninitiative: You can think structuredly, work reliably, and bring motivation and willingness to learn with you.
• Teamfähigkeit: You work well in a team, use feedback for further development, and support others in joint projects.
• Englischkenntnisse: You can communicate confidently on English – especially in IT, e.g., for documentation or specialized literature.
