Training as Saleswoman/Salesman in the Field of Marketing Communication (all genders)

We develop and produce premium dog food and cat food according to the BARF principle (Biologisch Artgerechte Rohfütterung) at BARFER'S.

In our own Berlin-based manufactory, over 280 products are created, which we sell through our online shop as well as through eight branches in Berlin, Potsdam, and Hamburg, and selected B2B sales partners.

Tasks

• Concept and implementation of advertising campaigns: You support the marketing team in developing and implementing promotions, actions, and marketing campaigns online and offline.
• Market analysis and target group research: You monitor the market and competition and thoroughly investigate our target groups and their needs.
• Budget planning and cost calculation: You learn how a marketing budget is planned and are involved in marketing controlling.
• Evaluation and presentation of marketing measures: You help with the creation of analyses and evaluations of all campaigns and present the results within the marketing team.
• Organization of events and promotional actions: You support the planning and implementation of events and promotions, for example, in our stores.
• Social Media: You support the team in planning and content creation for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

Qualification

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent with good grades in German and mathematics.
• You are communicative and sociable.
• You enjoy working with numbers and data.
• You work structured and bring organizational talent with you.
• You have an affinity for social media, are creative, and may already have some experience as a creator.
• Fundamental English skills in writing and speaking.
• First practical experiences through internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work.
