Training as IT Specialist for System Integration (m/w/d)

We are looking for an apprentice/trainee as IT Specialist for System Integration (m/w/d) in full-time in Cologne

Your training with us:

• A comprehensive training, which allows you to lay the foundation for your professional development and further develop your personal strengths and interests

• Variety of tasks through a diverse deployment plan throughout the entire apprenticeship period

• You will learn about different departments of the company, such as reception, e-commerce or one of our hotels, but you will mainly work in IT

• Here you will gain insights into all relevant Fachteams and contents, for example:

  • Servicedesk, including processing of disturbance reports in the internal ticket system,
  • User administration,
  • Administration of servers, storages and clients regarding hardware and software requirements,
  • Monitoring of the IT infrastructure, hardware and software installations, network infrastructure
  • as well as project support in various locations

• You will complete a three-year dual training program, with the possibility of shortening at good performance

• Your weekly lessons will take place at the Georg-Simon-Ohm Vocational College or at a vocational college of your choice
