• Acquisition of basic qualifications in building and civil engineering with the possibility of specialization in masonry, concrete/reinforced concrete construction
• Learning about safety regulations, work processes, and construction site organization
• Using and processing building materials, such as concrete, wood, steel
• Learning about formwork construction, including from wood, learning concreting and masonry work, constructing steel reinforcement
• We will teach you the basics of the carpentry trade.
• Attending vocational school, the construction yard, the inter-company training center, and deployment on our construction sites.
• You will get to know our group-internal training center in Bebra. Further job-related knowledge will be imparted to you here.

• Completion of intermediate school (Hauptschulabschluss) or secondary school (Realschulabschluss)
• Manual dexterity, technical interest, spatial reasoning ability
• Willingness to learn, reliability, honesty, and punctuality
• Careful work approach
• Flexibility and willingness to work at various locations throughout Germany
