In horticulture, you can get involved, train, and support people in growing beyond themselves.

We are looking for a personality with a focus on training, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your Responsibility

• You carry out customer orders in the areas of maintenance and garden design
• You train the apprentices assigned to you and support them in developing, planning, and achieving their training goals
• You plan and conduct practical learning workshops
• You lead and specifically promote people with support needs in their development

Your Competencies

• You have completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ
• You are a vocational trainer or are willing to become one
• You enjoy interacting with diverse people
• You have team spirit, are empathetic and open
• You have a trailer driving license and chainsaw certificate, or are willing to obtain them
• You possess a Category B driver's license
