Train Conductor and TF Trainer (m/w/d)

As part of the training team, you prepare our train conductor personnel and train drivers for practical and professional use in the operation and convey your knowledge to future colleagues. Through your training, you directly contribute to the safety, efficiency, and service quality in the rail operation. Our training sessions take place in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart.

About the Role

• Organize and lead our on-site training sessions for train assistants, train conductors, and train drivers
• Develop and update training materials with a focus on digital learning formats
• Conduct independent briefings and retraining sessions in accordance with current guidelines
• Prepare and conduct theoretical and practical training units
• Establish and analyze learner control checks to ensure the quality of training
• Document and reflect on training results for continuous improvement
• Work closely with other trainers to develop standards and content

About You

• Completed vocational training in the rail industry with at least 3 years of professional experience in the rail sector
• Valid driving permit for trains for at least 2 years
• Experience as a trainer, instructor, or examiner for train personnel
• High travel readiness and flexibility for nationwide deployments with overnight stays
• Safe handling of MS Office and interest in digital learning formats
• Very good German language skills (at least C1)
• Teamwork, social competence, and excellent communication skills
