You enjoy sharing your knowledge and passing it on to apprentices for the profession of Fachinformatiker? You already possess extensive knowledge in the areas of IT infrastructure, network technology, cloud & security? Even new topics like SIP, VoIP & Unified Communications excite you, allowing you to integrate them into training plans?
Then you're exactly right with us! For our Customer Care departments, we are looking for trainers for Fachinformatiker (all genders) at the earliest possible time.

Your Task Area

• Planning, conducting, and further developing practical training content
• Mentoring apprentices in IT infrastructure, network technology, servers, cloud, security & troubleshooting
• Individual support for apprentices, including regular one-on-one meetings
• Supporting learning & technical understanding & fostering a professional learning environment and solution-oriented working style
• Accompanying intermediate and final exams as well as final projects
• Creating training plans and documentation
• Coordinating practical placements in departments
• Planning modules, workshops, and learning units
• Closely working with HR, management, and technical teams
• Discussing with the vocational school and IHK, participating in training events
• Mentoring our community management

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker, IT-Administrator or comparable
• Several years of experience in IT administration, system integration, or technical support
• Ausbilderschein (Ada-Schein / AEVO)
• Pleasure in sharing knowledge & developing young people professionally
• Educational skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex topics simply
• Structured working style, sense of responsibility, and communicative appearance
